Speed
How fast the page opens on a phone and whether it jumps around while loading. A slow page loses the visitor before they see your offer.

Website audit and redesign for outdated sites. We check speed, SEO, visibility in AI search, design and the points where visitors drop off. You get a report, a concrete action plan and a quote, and you decide what happens next.
The audit isn't an auto-generated PDF with 200 warnings. It is read and annotated by a person who builds websites themselves.
How fast the page opens on a phone and whether it jumps around while loading. A slow page loses the visitor before they see your offer.
Whether Google sees every page, and whether there are duplicates, broken links or empty titles.
Whether ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI answers mention your business, and what needs to change so that they do.
Whether it's instantly clear what you do, for whom and why people should choose you. We test on a phone, not just on a desktop.
Where visitors drop off: forms, buttons, contacts, prices. If you have analytics, we look at the data too.
Plugin versions, backups, SSL and access. An old WordPress site is not just slow, it's a risk.
The report and action plan are yours even if you do the redesign with another team.
We check the website with tools and with our own eyes: speed, code, content, Google and AI visibility.
All findings in one document, ranked by their impact on enquiries.
What to fix now, what to leave for the redesign and what can stay. The workload for every item.
We go through it together in 30 minutes. You make the decision, with no pressure.
| Priority | Finding | Impact | Work |
|---|---|---|---|
| Critical | Mobile page loads in 6.2 s | Lost visitors | 6 h |
| Critical | Form doesn't send email in Safari | Lost enquiries | 2 h |
| Important | No LocalBusiness schema | AI and Google Maps | 3 h |
| Important | Duplicate titles on 14 pages | Google rankings | 4 h |
| Minor | Images without alt text | Accessibility, SEO | 2 h |
A redesign isn't a new colour. It's the structure, copy and speed that turn a visit into an enquiry.
After launch we measure again and send you the results.

The biggest risk in a redesign isn't the design, it's losing your Google history. That's why we plan the migration before the first sketch.
| Old URL | Status | New URL |
|---|---|---|
| /index.php?page=1 | 301 | / |
| /about-us.html | 301 | /about-us |
| /services.php?id=12 | 301 | /services/repairs |
| /gallery/ | 301 | /portfolio |
| /news/2019/offer | 301 | /insights |
| /contact.html | 301 | /contact |

We quote the price based on the size of the website, before work starts. The report and action plan stay with you even if you carry out the redesign with another team or yourself.
We plan the transition before the first sketch: a 301 redirect for every old URL, keeping the copy and headings that already rank, and submitting the sitemap to Search Console from day one. After launch we track rankings and clicks for 30 days.
Often, yes. In the action plan we mark each item as "fix now", "in the redesign" or "can stay". If speed, forms and SEO can be sorted out on the existing website, we'll recommend exactly that.
The website address and, if possible, read access to Google Analytics and Search Console. Admin access isn't required, but with it we can also check plugins, backups and server settings. The 5 working days start from when we receive access.
Yes. We migrate websites to WordPress or Wix Studio, keeping the content, URLs (with 301 redirects) and SEO settings. We recommend the platform that will be easier for you to maintain, not the one that's easier for us.
For a simple website, usually 3 to 4 weeks from the approved action plan to launch. For larger projects and online stores we fix the deadline in the contract together with the quote.
We reply within the same working day.
