SkyBill: billing software that Google and AI understand
An English-language website for a Riga software company selling to buyers in the UK, Europe and the US. Rebuilt from WordPress on Wix Studio, keeping the brand colours and the old addresses in search.

A website read by an engineer, a finance director and ChatGPT
Since 2004 SkyBill has been building a billing and customer information system for utilities, heat networks and property managers. It runs inside Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. On the old WordPress site the contact form showed “Form is not available”, test text was left on some pages and the company name appeared in search in different spellings. Several people research this kind of software before they ask for a demo, and more and more often an AI assistant draws up their first shortlist of vendors.
A page for every industry, structured data for every page
We built the structure around what buyers search for: a platform page, four industry pages (electricity and gas, water, heat networks, property and rental billing) and a customer portal page. Every page has its own title and description, and the code carries Organization, SoftwareApplication, Service and FAQPage data with 49 questions. Old WordPress addresses lead to the new pages with 301 redirects, and robots.txt lets search engines and AI crawlers in. The green brand colour and the logo stayed, the layout got cleaner.
